About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the FASTBLACK website at fastblack.com.au. By using the website or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Use of the website

You may use this website for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, submit false or misleading information, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it.

Product information and development stage

FASTBLACK is a product concept currently in development. This website exists to share what we are building and to gauge interest.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. We do not currently sell products, process payments, take orders or ship goods. Product descriptions, images, packaging and specifications are indicative only and may change or may not be released at all. Timeframes we mention are estimates, not commitments.

Waitlist participation

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It does not reserve product, guarantee availability, pricing or priority, and does not form a contract to supply anything.

You agree to provide an email address you own or are authorised to use. By joining, you agree to receive occasional emails about FASTBLACK’s development and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. We may remove an entry from the waitlist, or close the waitlist, at any time. Information you share with us is handled as described in our Privacy page.

Intellectual property

The FASTBLACK name, logo, branding, text, images and page design are owned by FASTBLACK or used with permission. You may view and share the website, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our branding or content commercially without our written permission.

Third-party services and links

We use third-party providers to run this website, deliver email and measure basic website activity. Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We do not control those services or websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Website availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the website available and the information on it accurate and current, but we provide it on an “as is” basis. The website may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time without notice, and information may become out of date.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms as FASTBLACK develops. The current version is the one published on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
