FASTBLACK is being developed using a premium, carefully controlled freeze-drying process.
Coffee is brewed, frozen, then gently dried under vacuum at low temperature. This process is designed to preserve more of the coffee’s natural flavour and aroma than conventional high-heat drying.
The result we’re working toward is instant coffee with a fuller, smoother and more balanced profile that tastes better black.
